Next Steps to Your Vacation
Please follow the steps below if you already requested a reservation from Vacations by DEW. If you have not requested a reservation, please return to our resort accommodation pages for Puerto Plata or Punta Cana, and use the forms provided to send us your vacation request. Or, you may Contact Us if you need assistance selecting the best accommodation for your needs.
Important!
DO NOT MAKE FLIGHT AND OTHER TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL BOOKING CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED. Vacations by DEW will not be responsible for fees or additional costs related to changes in flights and/or other travel plans.
Availability Check
Within 48 hours of your vacation request, Vacations by DEW will provide you with pricing.
Book Your Vacation
- Upon acceptance of the price, Vacations by DEW will book your vacation contingent upon resort availability.
- Full payment of your vacation is now due. There are two options to secure your reservation:
- Money order (must be expressed mailed)
- PayPal (5% service charge will be added to your rental rate for the use of PayPal)
- Confirmation from Vacations by DEW will be emailed to you. It is very important to wait for this confirmation before travel arrangements are made.
Complete Your Itinerary
- Once you are in possession of a valid confirmation of reservation from Vacations by DEW, book your flights. Note:
- Transfer to your resort is complimentary from:
- Puerto Plata International Airport (POP)
- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
- While flights may be less expensive to the Santiago Airport, it is 90 minutes from the resort and transfers are not complimentary. Taxi service is available, and costly. The additional cost to the resort from Santiago Airport is $250.80, roundtrip.
- Transfer to your resort is complimentary from:
- To guarantee your complimentary transfer from Puerto Plata Airport, please complete and submit your itinerary to Vacations by DEW no later than 30 days from your departure. Complete your itinerary using the form below.
